Donny North 2007

Donny NorthIt´s finally here the 2007 show season has arrived with a bang!

The International Styling and Tuning Show or Donny as it is more commonly known always has an air of excitement about it as it is the first time we get to see what new cars everyone has been working on over the winter.

As always we were on hand with the Bass Tunnel and of course the show stopping Dredd. With tens of thousands of people streaming through the Bass Tunnel over the two show days we had it cranked to the max at every possible opportunity doing our best to drown out everyone else in the ICE Village and succeeding!

The Dredd is still the star of the show with people struggling to understand just what it is and also how we managed to cram so much audio into such a small space while the regular bass tests had people running from all over just to experience the awesome force for the 40 SPACE subwoofers.

The sun certainly shone on Donny this year (we have the sunburn to prove it!) and the hot weather certainly brought out the ladies! Our girls Tanya and Kayla were on hand to pose for photos in their ultra small outfits.

Ultimate Street Car 2007

USC 07"USC was scorching in the hottest and most fun packed weekend of the year! "

After a summer of shows dominated by rain USC went to the other extreme and was the hottest weekend of the year!

With around 30,000 people crammed into Santa Pod over the weekend the atmosphere was back to the Ultimate Street Cars of old with everyone in good spirits a general party mood could be felt at all times making this a hugely enjoyable show!

Once again the Bass Tunnel proved to be the centre of attention however as the hangovers kicked in on Sunday morning a large proportion of the crowd decided that their heads couldn´t handle walking through the 40 SPACE II subwoofers as they were in full swing! As the day progressed, and the hangovers subsided, it got busier and busier to the point that the stand was absolutely rocking!

The bass box challenge as always provided some top quality entertainment with more than 50 people competing in an attempt to win the SQ12 enclosure which was up for grabs either that or they were more interested in being up close and personal with the lovely VIBE ladies Janalee and Kirsty!

Fast and Modified 2007

July saw the VIBE team make the trip up north to Edinburgh for the Fast and Modified Show Scotland´s largest modified car event.

With the VIBE bass tunnel taking pride of place at the front of the hall it is safe to say that we totally dominated the arena! The awesome combination of the Tunnel and the Dredd was so loud that you could hear them above the main stage!

As always we had the gorgeous VIBE girls on hand to entertain the crowds and with regular Jana being joined by local girl Louise a former Miss Scotland finalist it is safe to say they got a fair bit of attention!

With so much happening on our stand we have actually been banned from having the same location next year as the crowd we had around us was so big it posed a health and safety hazard!

At the end of the event we also walked off with the award for the best trade stand for the third year running!

Donny South 2007

Donny South"Blowing spectators away with the power of the Dredd" - Donny South 2007, Essex

After the baking sun of USC it was back to the normal rain for Donny South. With the South West´s largest modified car show taking place on the 19th of August we expected good weather but we had to wait until the afternoon before the sun popped out to dry us all out.

When the sun did come out so did the public many of whom were seeing the awesome Dredd for the first time.

Not only does the Dredd look like it is from another planet if you are brave enough to stick your head inside the massive alloy port in the rear you will be subjected to bass forces you really can´t even start to comprehend until you experience it yourself!

The sun also brought out the stunning VIBE girls Janalee and Candice whose tiny outfits sent the blood pressure of every male in the place right through the roof!

Modified Nationals 2007

Modified NationalsThe 26th and 27th of May saw the East of England showground play host to the Modified Nationals and as always the VIBE truck was on hand to steal the show.

The Bass Tunnel took centre stage thanks to the full day´s entertainment we had planned with DJ, Dancers, competitions, auctions and the awesome Bass Test there was something for everyone and huge crowds formed around the stage all day.

DJ Tony T was on hand to spin the funkiest beats this side of Ibiza while the gorgeous VIBE Girls Janalee and Sophie Kate made their first appearance of the year much to the enjoyment of the assembled red blooded males.

People were queuing up to enter the Bass Box Challenge although we´re not sure what the best prize was the fantastic SQ 12 enclosure worth £229.99 or the fact that all entrants were stripped and teased by the girls! In the end it was Kevin who managed to hold out for the longest with a time of 63 seconds if you think you can do better make sure you get along to our stand at the rest of the shows this year.

Two auctions on the Saturday saw visitors walk off with complete bargains ranging from speakers to amplifiers and enclosures this will be a regular event at all of our large shows from now on. The freshly improved Bass Tunnel shook the entire showground and impressed the crowds with awesome low notes which did their very best to rearrange your internal organs even ICE Guru Adam Rayner felt the difference as his body was pummelled by the pressure generated by the 40 SPACE II 15" subwoofers.

Trax 2007

TraxOnce a year modified cars take over Silverstone and with 15,000 people visiting on just one day Trax continues to be one of the highlights on the show calendar.

With everyone spread out over the full area of the Silverstone GP circuit there never seemed to be a big crowd however the second we announced that a bass test was about to take place people came running from all around just for the opportunity to listen to the 40 SPACE II subwoofers pounding out the VIBE demo track.

The VIBE girls had found a new spot on top of the Dredd and from there they dished out t-shirts, key rings and loads of other freebies to the crowds that had assembled.

Its just a shame that we need to wait another year for this show to come around again!
