"VIBE lead the way with their latest show-stopper" With a new location and new organiser, expectations for the Donny 2006 show were high and we were not let down. The new show now has a venue that allows not just for a bigger event, but for more features, visitors, entertainment and camping than any other UK show.

The ICE Village was positioned in the pit area and was dominated by a strong VIBE presence. The Bass Tunnel continued to impress the crowds, with the brave venturing in to experience the soul shaking effects the 40+ Space subwoofers producing over 140dB.

VIBE, with the help of Karina and Johanna, got the crowds going with the launch of their top secret new demo car. With the vehicle completely covered up, the crowds were itching to see what lay beneath. The launch introduced by Adam Rayner, was set for 2pm.

VIBE have managed to get their hands on one of the few working vehicles made for the 1995 blockbuster movie Judge Dredd. The VIBE Dredd is now set to go on to achieve even more fame in its own right as the new VIBE demo car!!

The VIBE R & D team spent approximately 2500 man hours transforming the movie Landrover into the VIBE Dredd Demo Car. Resulting in one of the most creative and impressive installs in the industry today.

The VIBE Dredd is a opportunity to see some of the newest products still in development. Including 24 of the presently unreleased Space II 12" subwoofers, powered by 12 of the ever reliable Monobox 4 amplifiers. This is pure fantasy..boys who love their toys, this is for you! Let´s just say this..VIBE have set the bar!

Once again the VIBE stand at Max Power Live blew everyone away! With the help of Adam Rayner and the VIBE girls Jo and Karina the VIBE stand entertained the crowds with competitions to win free kit, dance shows, Bass Tunnel demonstrations and more!!! The world famous VIBE Bass Tunnel reduced several spectators to shaking wrecks after they thought they could cope with the pure power it is capable of producing without even trying. Others remained more respectful of this ridiculously loud spanking rig and kept a safe distance!!

The main attraction was the much anticipated appearance of the VIBE Dredd first seen at Donny! Since its original launch earlier this year the even more work has gone into creating the most impressive demo car the UK has ever seen. The VIBE Dredd encompasses complex and original modifications throughout, including the ported bass tunnel occupying 24 Space II 12" subwoofers, all operating from a single shared enclosure! The results.. spectators putting their head in the port nearly had their eyebrows blown off their faces!!!

At full volume the VIBE Dredd system can exceed 160db and still have power in reserve. The chassis and fibre glass bodywork limits power beyond this point, yet the VIBE Dredd system, bordering such SPL volumes, can be considered hazardous to the human body. You have been warned!

VIBE turned Max Power into a special show giving the punters exactly what they wanted, soul shaking Bass, gorgeous babes and a Demo car in the VIBE Dredd that you could not help but be impressed by!!

Our yearly trip over the border is here again, Fast and modified in Edinburgh is growing each year and this year was no exception. With over 1000 club cars and around 12,000 visitors in just the one day!

To say that VIBE dominated the main hall would be a slight understatement, with the Bass Tunnel and the Dredd parked directly in front of the main entrance doors.

The Bass Tunnel has been to Edinburgh before, but with it being directly in front of the main entrance, it literally shook the whole hall, with people walking straight through the tunnel before even looking at the rest of the exhibitors. The only downside (for other exhibitors) of that much power in a confined space was the resulting power drops and flickering screens on nearby stands, each time we did a bass demo.

Karina and Jo were in attendance, bringing a spot of glamour to the VIBE stand, posing for the usual photographs and with the amazing weather, going out and handing out brochures to tempt people back into the hall to see the stand, which got a whole lot busier in the afternoon as the sun got to its hottest and people came in to get into some shade.

This was also the first trip to Scotland for the brand new VIBE Dredd, which once again performed superbly and drew the crowds in to see how we got so much audio into such an unusual car.

So once again Fast and Modified did a great show, with a huge club attendance and great show, complete with funfair, stunt strip and the exhibition hall with great stands and the best show cars. Just to top it off we won the Best Trade Stand award too, so thanks to Fast & Modified, see you next year!

The VIBE team were back for 3 days of thunder! No not the weather, just the combined efforts of the Bass Tunnel, VIBE Dredd and the numerous cars racing down the Santa Pod strip.

The skies were a bit gloomy for the first morning of setup, and the crowds were slow to surface as most people were hustling for the best camping spots, but once everyone was settled down the crowds soon started to flow through the stands.

As always with Santa Pod, the wind and sunshine produced scorching temperatures and when our stunning VIBE girls, Karina and Jo, stripped down to their little show outfits, they really got the body temperatures rising!!!

Terry Grant was there and as always put on a fantastic show. The VIBE Girls were in the midst of it by madly volunteering to stand in the middle of Terry´s ´performance´ for him to screech around them in his amazing TVR, doing donuts within inches of their legs!!!!

The VIBE Bass Tunnel was louder than EVER, pulling the crowds from all corners of the show and those brave enough (or mad enough) stood in the tunnel and felt it´s power in full force for as long as they could withstand it!!

From the opposite side of the track, spectators sat on the grass banks watching the cars speeding against the clock and the Bass Tunnel and VIBE Dredd played music that could be heard even as far as the campsite, keeping them all entertained.

The VIBE Dredd had all that visited the stand in awe with its impressive install. Without a doubt the VIBE Dredd was the most talked about show car of the weekend!!

Ultimate Street Car 2006 was yet again a massive success and the VIBE crew will be there again next year to pump more bass into the crowds.

This show season seems to have flown by, were finally at the last major show of the year, TRAX 2006.

Its the same hectic one day event as usual, with the usual mix of racers, drifters and car clubs. Giving TRAX its wide variety of vehicles and public.

The weather, surprisingly, stayed dry and sunny, just the wind blew like mad, but this didn't stop our VIBE Girls Jo and Nikita donning the small yellow outfits and posing for countless photographs.

The VIBE Bass Tunnel pumped out the base notes, drawing in the crowds from all over the show. The VIBE Dredd had been tweaked a little to once again impress with its unique install. Without a doubt the VIBE Dredd was once again the most talked about show car of the weekend!!

TRAX was a fitting end to the 2006 show calendar, now all we have to do is think of something new for the crowds next year! We'll see you there!

The Castrol Xtreme Auto Show the most exciting, action-packed event on the South African motoring calendar. It showcases the best that the automotive industry offers including, unbelievable performance modifications, amazing supercars, out-of-this world styling kits, mind-blowing audio entertainment systems, with a load of hotrods, bikes, boats and planes thrown in.

The estimated value of the technology on show was in excess of £12 million. The exceptional standard of demonstration car would take your breath away with many priced at several million Rand each with one or two vehicles exceeding even this.

One of the most anticipated vehicles on display was the VIBE Nissan 200sx (installed by Vans). With an install that many could only dream of and that could rival any other worldwide, it will not surprise you that this demo car picked up one of the major awards at the show.

The other car on the stand was the fantastic Ford RS, which was demonstrating the VIBE Bass CD and drawing crowds throughout the show. There were an additional 4 cars in total sporting top of the range VIBE products which impressed all visitors without exception.

VIBE´S success in the UK market is mirrored by the enormous presence and popularity in the ever growing South African car audio scene. From the 6th to 9th of April, Europe's car buffs and audiophiles had the opportunity to catch up on what is new in the mobile electronics industry at the Sinsheim Exhibition Centre in Germany. Over 250 exhibitors from 20 countries in 6 halls displayed the newest technology from alarm systems to mobile DVD and multimedia systems to navigation.

European hi-fi fanatics were able to examine and listen to everything that was on show and were particularly impressed with the VIBE Bass Tunnel and FLI Demo car.

Hundreds of brave German visitors ventured into the mind-blowing bass tunnel to experience the power of over 40+ award winning Space subwoofers. They were queuing around the hall to feel the bass during the scheduled demonstrations throughout the event.

The demo cars on the VIBE stand also got a lot of attention with their stealth like looks and outstanding install. Many of the spectators were stumped to decipher what the vehicle started life out as! It´s safe to say that there isn't much "original" car left now, nearly every feature of this car has been modified including a Paratech body kit, custom lighting and significant engine modifications including NOS. The ICE install squeezes in no less then 6 x 12" Subwoofers in a custom enclosure that produces a high quality tight bass that shows that FLI is a force to be reckoned with.

The VIBE brand is a force to be reckoned within the German, the European and worldwide markets and our presence at the CAR + SOUND SHOW was welcomed enthusiastically. New products on display such as the CBR EVO range attracted a lot of enquiries from both dealers and consumers alike. As they say in Germany "ALLES GUT".
